The OTM single fiber module can be installed in the 1218 series node creating an up and downstream to enable DOCSIS 3.1 operations in de downstream frequency range from 85 to 1218 MHz and the upstream frequency range from 5 to 204 MHz. The actual up and downstream split is determined by the output diplex filter in the 1218 series node. All CWDM upstream wavelengths are available except the downstream 1550 nm and its neighbouring channels 1530 and 1570 nm due to the one fiber WDM principle. The output power is +3 dBm at all wave length variants, if the single fiber OTM a SC/APC connector is implemented.
